Its author was Pedro Izquierdo Padrón "Pello el Afrokán", in 1963.
 
The structure of Mozambique with a bell making the rumba clave, together with a second bell making another rhythm, accompanied by some melodies on the timbal with Brazilian Samba notations is explained.
 
It performs two types of bass drums played on the timbal and “El Golpe de Leo” by Leo Moré, founder of “Pello el Afrokán”.
 
Rolando simplifies the interpretation with only two congas, which he has already done in groups such as the Afro-Cuban All Stars.
